Refund Policy

At Delta Edge Threads, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

 

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

  • Final sale items, personalized/customized products, and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

 

How to Initiate a Return

  • Include “Return Request” and order number in the subject line. 

  • Let us know the reason for your request in the email.

We will provide you with instructions and a return authorization if applicable.

 

Return Shipping

  • For domestic returns (within the U.S.), customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.

  • For international returns, customers are responsible for all return shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and any other charges.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

 

Refunds and Exchanges

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If an exchange is requested, please specify the desired item when initiating your return.

 

Damaged of Defective Items

 

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at deltaedgethreads@gmail.com [include “Damage” in subject line]  with photos of the issue.
 

We will review and assess the issue to determine eligibility for a return or refund at no cost to you.

Cancellation Policy: Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. After the product(s) is received, you may return it in accordance to this Return Policy.
